Sometimes customers just don’t know what to do next?

With everyone’s attention spans and time to action things getting shorter, you need to capture people’s interest and convert that to an action as quickly as possible.

Here are several ways your company can create more effective calls to action increase traffic to your website and convert more followers into customers.

Let them get involved!

Everyone has opinion, so why not use this a marketing tool to get people to interact with your posts.

Of course, not everyone is going to agree with you or your customers, but managing this and responding at least can help the whole customer experience and feel you are ahead of the game as far as your social media goes.

Twitter and Facebook have a great little poll features which allows you to pose a question with a number of options that people can give you a straightforward answer and an option  to expand on their thought processes. These are great as they look different from standard posts and the results are published at the end which provide some strong content for free too.
